Supporting mental, emotional and physical wellbeing through approaches informed by psychology, culture, lived experience, connection and collective healing, while recognising trauma and the wider social and structural factors that shape wellbeing.

Developing participatory and community-centred approaches that create dialogue, strengthen agency and ensure communities actively shape and inform the work, services and responses that affect them.
